MXLab Priority Scheduling

Scheduling for priority schools begins online August 1. Teachers may request a visit for their schools online beginning at 9 AM on this date.  MdBio will offer 35 week-long mobile laboratory visits for the 2018/2019 school year. Of these weeks, twenty seven (27) have been set aside for priority schools (defined by MdBio as those schools with a majority of students eligible for free/reduced meals). Priority schools will be required to provide documentation showing their eligibility at time of scheduling.…

Scheduling for any Maryland school begins online August 8. Teachers may request a visit for their schools online beginning at 9 AM on this date.  Eight (8) week-long mobile laboratory visits are available to any Maryland high school for the 2018/2019 school year. Preference for these visits will be given to public schools that have not had a mobile laboratory visit within the last three years. Open scheduling begins August 8 at 9 AM. Together with the Biotechnology Institute, Learning Undefeated hosts the Maryland BioGENEius competition. This rigorous international competition for talented high schools students in grades 9 – 12 gives students the opportunity to showcase their original research in biotechnology.
