Collaborations & Partnerships
At Learning Undefeated, we start with yes. This approach is in our organizational DNA, and it means we are always willing to try something new that makes an impact. Check out how our work is connecting students to college, career, and community.
Creating the Country’s Only Disaster Recovery STEM Education Delivery Program
Since 2017, Learning Undefeated has been operating the country’s first and only STEM-focused education recovery program. From an initial two-week engagement to the Texas Gulf Coast, we’ve now served over 50,000 students in communities impacted by hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Case Study: Connecting Students with Biotechnology Jobs for National Security
As the world leader in advanced manufacturing, robotics, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and other critical technology areas, developing a talent pool ready to serve our nation is critical for security. Emerging Leaders in STEM was custom-designed to connect students with biotechnology content and inspire them towards high-demand military and military-adjacent careers. Through this rigorous, 40-hour hybrid learning experience, students meet STEM professionals from a diverse set of backgrounds, learn advanced techniques in biotechnology, build career readiness and networking skills, and develop relationships that will support their journey in STEM.
Case Study: Bringing Hands-On Engineering Design to 1200 Texas School Districts
With an area of over 268,000 square miles, bringing hands-on STEM learning to Texas’ 9,000 school campuses was a Texas-sized challenge. Since 2020, Learning Undefeated’s Texas Mobile STEM Lab has traveled to all corners of this vast state, with a 16-piece engineering design challenge curriculum that is both TEKS- aligned and approved by the Texas Education Agency. Modeling STEM teaching principles for teachers and offering a field trip for students who rarely get one, this program expanded in 2025 to nine total vehicles serving 270 schools annually.
Case Study: Activating Local Teens to Choose Biomanufacturing Careers
In 2024, the world's largest medical center enlisted the help of nonprofit Learning Undefeated to reach Houston-area high school students and get them excited about career opportunities in biomanufacturing. As part of the BioPath at Texas Medical Center program – a new initiative aimed at filling the talent pipeline – Learning Undefeated’s education team designed a six-week engagement that included school visits from the country’s largest mobile STEM lab for education, afterschool workshops, and a daylong biomanufacturing-focused field trip to TMC’s Helix Park facility.
