Learning Undefeated is seeking a highly relationship-driven Senior Manager, Partnerships to serve as the primary steward of a portfolio of corporate, foundation, and strategic partners who make our mission possible.
This role is ideal for a professional who excels at building trust, delivering exceptional partner experiences, and translating organizational impact into long-term strategic partnerships. The Senior Manager will work closely with funders and partners to ensure successful implementation of partnership commitments, facilitate ongoing engagement, communicate program outcomes, and identify opportunities to deepen collaboration over time.
As a key member of the organization, the Senior Manager will act as the bridge between external partners and internal teams, ensuring that partner priorities are understood, expectations are exceeded, and every interaction reflects Learning Undefeated’s commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable leading conversations with corporate executives and foundation representatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and developing compelling reports and communications that demonstrate impact.

JOB DUTIES:
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of corporate, foundation, and strategic partners, ensuring exceptional stewardship, engagement, and fulfillment of partnership commitments.
- Lead and support strategic account planning and partner engagement efforts for assigned partners, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement, expand impact, strengthen long-term collaboration, and support successful partnership renewals through demonstrated impact and future-facing partnership strategies.
- Develop and implement partnership management strategies that ensure alignment with partner objectives, compliance with partnership agreements, funding requirements, and reporting commitments, and successful implementation of funded initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partner-funded initiatives with organizational priorities and deliver exceptional partner experiences.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners through proactive communication, responsive support, and consistent demonstration of impact.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize programmatic data, outcomes, and supporting materials to fulfill reporting requirements and communicate partnership impact.
- Identify and advance opportunities to expand existing partnerships through additional program investments, employee engagement initiatives, brand integration, thought leadership opportunities, and other strategic collaborations.
- Monitor portfolio performance and partner engagement trends, providing insights and recommendations to strengthen partnerships and maximize mission impact.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Collaborate across program, communications, and leadership teams to support partner engagement activities and ensure successful execution of partnership commitments.
- Support the development of partner-facing communications, including impact reports, newsletters, presentations, proposals, and other stewardship materials.
- Assist with the creation and coordination of digital and printed collateral related to partnership activities.
- Manage CRM records, reporting documentation, invoicing processes, and other administrative functions related to partnership management.
REQUIREMENTS:

- 5-8 years of experience in partnership management, account management, client services, corporate engagement, foundation relations, nonprofit development, or a related field.
- B.A., B.S. or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated success managing complex client, funder, sponsor, corporate, or strategic partner relationships.
- Knowledge of partnership stewardship and relationship management strategies, particularly with corporate sponsors, foundations, and institutional funders.
- Strategic and solutions-oriented thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges, manage competing priorities, and deliver exceptional partner experiences.
- Demonstrate strong and effective attention to detail, time management, problem-solving & research skills.
- Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, and organizational skills, and be self-motivated.
- Exceptional relationship-building and customer-service skills, with a professional and collaborative approach.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment while managing laterally and upwards with a collaborative approach.
- Experience utilizing CRM and data management systems to track partnership activities, analyze performance, and generate reports.
- Must be fluent in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
- Travel with possible overnight stays as needed.
- Ability to work nights and weekends on an as-needed basis for events, deadlines, etc.

- Location: Preference will be given to candidates located in the DMV region; however, qualified remote candidates located elsewhere in the United States will also be considered.
- Travel (approximately 25-50%) is required for partner meetings, organizational gatherings, events, and program activations.

About the Texas Mobile STEM Labs
In partnership with the Texas Education Agency, Learning Undefeated operates the Texas Mobile STEM Labs, custom outfitted STEM learning spaces that offer engaging, hands-on STEM experiences for students and teachers across Texas. The Texas Mobile STEM Labs offer classes onboard a mobile classroom at different K-8 Texas schools each week.
Onboard the Texas Mobile STEM Labs, students solve engineering design challenges and work cooperatively to design a product or process using model activities that integrate content knowledge aligned to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS). This program is offered at no cost to the schools.
The Texas Mobile STEM Lab offers cross-curricular STEM experiences. These activities will introduce STEM to students from Kindergarten through Grade 8 and allow students to engage with the engineering design process. Learning Undefeated provides the instruction and materials needed to complete engineering design challenges focused on brainstorming, designing, and testing. All activities focus on students designing solutions to problems and allow for collaboration and exploration of the content.
Position Description
The Education Outreach Coordinator is a passionate and effusive ambassador for education, who inspires K-12 students to connect with STEM content and careers aboard custom-designed mobile laboratories that travel from school to school. Primary responsibilities include leading hands-on laboratory activities and facilitating innovative STEM career experiences inside our mobile laboratories or school classrooms.
The ideal candidate will have an interest and/or experience in science, technology, engineering, and/or math plus a passion for working with youth from all socioeconomic backgrounds.
In addition to interacting with students and teachers, the coordinator will also assist in the development of programs and curriculum, coordinating school visits, assisting schools with their requirements of any evaluation program, and support management of equipment, supplies and technology for the program.

Responsibilities include:
- Serve as a positive, flexible, solutions-oriented member of a fast-paced team.
- Facilitate age-appropriate STEM activities and extended or enrichment opportunities to students, both onboard the labs and in the classroom.
- Coordinate logistics, supplies, and scheduling for school visits and events, including daily schedules, ordering and maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies, parking information, and general laboratory and facilities management.
- Develop and present professional development for educators.
- Staff up to three afterschool/weekend events per month, such as family science night, and public events, such as conferences, festivals, and sporting events.
- Assist with routine maintenance of the mobile lab.
- Assist with development of curriculum, activities and materials for elementary and middle school students and teachers in accordance with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS).
Position requirements:
- Minimum of a B.S. in a biology, chemistry, computer science, engineering, education, or related STEM field required; one year of professional or teaching experience preferred.
- This position requires an individual with outstanding customer service and attitude who is friendly, outgoing and can work well as part of a team.
- The Coordinator must be able to work independently with initiative to manage own workload without much supervision. They must be flexible and adapt well in unpredictable situations.
- Travel with overnight stays statewide in Texas is required with potential for U.S. travel (90% travel). Travel expenses will be covered by Learning Undefeated.
- The Coordinator must have their own vehicle, both for travel to work locations and for transport of supplies and equipment. Mobile laboratories typically spend one week at each school location before moving to a new school. Mileage over 30 miles per day will be reimbursed at the standard government per diem rate.
- Must be available for up to three evening and weekend functions per month, with two weeks or more notice.
