I can make it better! Student teams have the chance to speed up production, improve quality, and optimize the flow of materials and labor.

Safety vests mean we’re on the job! Each student session begins with a safety briefing, just like they would have on the real manufacturing floor.

At the maintenance station, students keep the machines humming so that all the parts of the manufacturing line move together in perfect synch.

Using the touch tables, students lay out sunglasses parts for the CNC machine, which triggers activity challenges for other teams along the manufacturing line.

Every component of this vehicle was custom built at Learning Undefeated Customs, our workshop and tech playground space outside of Dallas. Here, CIO Jen Colvin shows off the touchscreen tables she built for the lab.

“I used to think manufacturing was boring” is the best thing we can hear. Combining lighting and tech elements gives teams a playful environment where they can flex and grow their skills.

The future’s so bright, I gotta wear shades. Learning Undefeated’s experience design team brings the ideas, the technical know-how, plus the right amount of cool.

Working together, the inventory station is the heartbeat of the manufacturing line. Students juggle raw material assets to fulfill customer orders in time to meet the deadline.

We’re proud of this one! The newest vehicle in our fleet, we purpose-built this to combine the best ideas from over 20 years on the road.

Let’s Talk Tech. This Lab has Everything!

  • Ten Student Stations with 65” Viewsonic Touch Displays
  • Two 55” Custom Built Touch Tables
  • Android Tablets
  • Arduino R4 Wifi Boards with Controllers
  • Custom Gobo Lighting System
  • Dolby Surround Sound

What’s the difference between the Breakout Box vehicle and the Breakout Box game?

Good question. Students loved our Breakout Box games so much, we made a special vehicle just to run them! This vehicle runs Learning Undefeated’s Breakout Box 2.0 mission series.
