About the Curriculum
Learning Undefeated’s award-winning Drop Anywhere Labs are immersive learning theaters that travel directly to the school parking lot, introducing students to STEM concepts and careers through gameplay. Inside each shipping-container style lab, students experiment with augmented reality, touchscreen walls, and Hollywood-style light and sound while engaging with the practices of STEM.
This program is composed of two parts:
1. An onboard immersive learning experience
View the 2025/25 School Year Curriculum
2. Classroom activity tied to content of the lab with extension resources
Teachers may choose to run the classroom activity as a loaner lab to allow for more time for students to come onto the lab. Learning Undefeated staff will provide a short training on materials and resources.

Point of Contact & Reminders
Learning Undefeated educators will send an email to the lead contact at the school at least eight weeks before the visit to confirm the upcoming visit and to schedule a pre-visit meeting to discuss logistics.
Teachers are expected to maintain communication with our staff in a timely manner to ensure we can bring the best experience for your students. Failure to do so, barring extraordinary events, may lead to your week being given to an alternate school. If additional teacher contacts want to be included on email reminders, please request with our staff during the pre-visit.
Additional reminders will be sent four weeks and one week before the visit to ensure you are prepared and to answer any remaining questions.

Pre-Visit: Six Weeks Out
Pre-visits will be conducted either in-person or virtually and are scheduled four to six weeks prior to the school’s mobile laboratory visit. During this visit the following information will be discussed:
- Parking the mobile lab
- Creating a Schedule
- Activities Available for the visit
- What to expect during a visit
All participating teachers should be present at the pre-visit however if not possible, the primary contact will distribute all necessary information.

DURING Your Drop Anywhere Lab Visit
On Monday:
Set up and lab equipment check day. We will always use Monday as our day to set up materials for the week and ensure our lab is ready for your students’ visit.
Each day, Tuesday – Friday:
The remainder of our week will be used for our classroom activities and hosting students on our Drop Anywhere Lab. Please note, all classes on the final Friday of instruction end at 1pm.
Teachers will work with our staff to determine the best schedule based on school size, class times, and length of visit. Two-week visit may be possible for schools who have >300 students who will be participating however they are not guaranteed. Please work with a Learning Undefeated staff member that is organizing your visit to see if it is possible to add additional days.
Classroom Activity
During our in-classroom lab activities, our staff will come into your classrooms to lead the students. For middle school activities, lab handouts will be emailed to teachers prior to our visit. Teachers are responsible for providing copies of handouts to all students. All other necessary materials will be provided by Learning Undefeated.
Alternatively, teachers can opt for a Personal Development training with a Learning Undefeated staff member so they may lead the lesson with our materials and curriculum that works with their schedule.
Lab Experience
During our on-board game experience, students should be brought out to our lab by school staff to participate in our immersive learning experience. Students should leave backpacks and other supplies in the classroom.
For the safety of students, a school staff member must be present at all times whenever students are on-board the lab. The staff member could be anyone certified by the school and does not need to be the classroom teacher.
Teachers should expect students to be on the lab for a minimum of 25 minutes and should plan on allotting 30 minutes for the experience to allow for time for movement of students to and from the lab. Please note that due to changeover needs, not all experiences can be run on the same day.
Before the students leave the lab, they will be asked to complete an optional anonymous survey for us to see what they learned and find out if they enjoyed the experience. This information can be shared with teachers by request.

AFTER Your Drop Anywhere Lab Visit
After our visit, a Learning Undefeated staff member will send a follow up email to all teachers that participated that includes a required teacher feedback survey. This survey is essential to let us know we are meeting teacher and student needs and how we can improve for future visits. We ask that all educators who participated to fill out this survey.

Safety First!
Participant safety is Learning Undefeated’s number one priority. Learning Undefeated aims to provide a safe learning environment for students, teachers, and all guests who participate in programs in the classroom and mobile lab. As such, we ask that you help us enforce Learning Undefeated’s Safety Rules and Regulations. Program specific safety rules will be distributed during the pre-visit.
