The Caliber family of brands and Learning Undefeated, have launched a pilot program to introduce high school students to the collision repair industry. Throughout the pilot, students in Maryland and Texas learn about Caliber’s Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) and participate in hands-on experiences in a live shop environment with Caliber auto body technicians.
Caliber is partnering with two national nonprofits, TechForce Foundation® and Learning Undefeated, both of which are dedicated to workforce development in technician careers and science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) experiences for students from under-resourced communities.
