Learning Undefeated’s Magic School Bus Visits Austin, Texas

In full ’90s nostalgic fashion, the ‘Mobile eXploration Lab’ (MXLab) is bringing the Magic School Bus to life for some Central Texas students. The MXLab is a mobile classroom designed to introduce students to careers in science, technology, engineering and math. Inside are activities that promote critical thinking, scientific processes and hands-on learning for all grade levels.

Learning Undefeated and CITGO partner to bring Mobile STEM Laboratory to Calcasieu Parish Schools

The centerpiece of the new program is Learning Undefeated’s Drop Anywhere Lab, a traveling science laboratory housed in a shipping container, which travels to a new school each week providing a field trip experience right in the school parking lot. The program engages local students with STEM concepts through hands-on projects on board the mobile lab and introduces them to in-demand STEM careers located right in their own backyard.

Dropping In on STEM Education

An education partnership is looking to increase interest in STEM programs among area middle school students by literally dropping in at some local schools. The Drop Anywhere Lab is being used by the education non-profit Learning Undefeated to help grow kids’ interest in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). Learning Undefeated has partnered with Astra Zeneca and the WRK Group (Reach Riverside and The Warehouse) to bring the Drop Anywhere Lab to several schools over the next several weeks.
